SCHOOL STORE

The bookstore represents approximately 50% of our revenue for the year, and is extremely important to keep the band funded.  There is a lot of fundraising competition in the school, and if we are not able to open the bookstore for these shifts we will lose a lot in sales as the kids go elsewhere.  Please help if you can, this is a very important program for the Band.

If you have questions or need information on what is required to work a shift, please contact Bill Klunk or Leslie Drehoff and they would be happy to discuss it with you.

 

DO YOU WANT TO BE A
"PIT PARENT"???

We need volunteers to be pit parents at our football games and competitions.
Pit parents help cart our equipment on and off the field.
We will need at least 8 parents for each show.

Equipment Trailer

The band has a trailer used to move their equipment to away performances.  We need help towing the trailer to the various events.  If you are able to help tow the trailer, please let me know.  Here are the basics:

7000 GVWR enclosed trailer, 24’
2” receiver hitch (coupler uses a 2-5/16 ball)
7-pin trailer plug
Electric brake controller.

Most ½-ton or larger pick-ups and most full size SUVs have towing capacities well above 7000 lbs.  If you are interested in helping with the trailer towing, or if you need more information, please let me know.

 

Football Program Sales

We sell Football Programs at each home football game. We need 4 parents at each game to sell programs. Volunteers will need to report to the band room at 5:45 to get money belts and programs.
